Being rather passionate about Italy, and its food, I coulnd't live without the Italian pasta. Having made pasta manually for a couple of years, I finally ended up in buying a pasta-machine, with which I can prepare lasagna, spaghetti or tagliatelli. Additionally, I have a mounting kits to prepare linguini & ravioli.

When making pasta, try to use the "correct" flour. I use the "Semola di gran duro rimacinata - 176", from "De Cecco".
