Having worked in Italy for many years, I learned to enjoy the Italian cuisine. It turned out to become a hobby, where I prepare my own pasta and pizza.

For the pasta, I once made it completely by hand.
Later on, I purchased the Atlasmotor pasta machine to cut the pasta.
For hollow pasta, I use the Kitchenaid Pasta Press Maker attachment.

For the pizza, I experimented in a traditional oven and on a pizza-stone on the BBQ. While the results on the BBQ can be quite ok, the traditional oven does not really fit the purpose, as the temperature is simply not high enough. Ideally spoken, a pizza should be baked for about 90 seconds at high temperature (somewhere between 450 and 500 degrees Celsius).

So I finally ordered the G3-Ferrari pizza-oven, which delivers the required temperature.
After many years of service, it was up to replacement, and I got the Optima Napoli.
