In the 90's, I worked in Mexico for a while, and that's where I learned to appreciate the Mexican food.
Their taco's are savory, delicious, exquisite, ... there are no words for it.

Although I won't even come close to reaching the perfection of the traditional Mexican taco's, I make my humble versions at home.

When preparing taco's, I often make 2 or 3 variations: with beef, with chicken, and with minced meat. I make them in larger quantities (60 to 80 pieces), as it's very convenient to have them in the freezer as snack.
